3. PC+ABS Alloy

- Feature: Blending the heat resistance of PC and the easy processability of ABS, with excellent overall performance.

- Applicable scenarios: Middle and high-end projectors, taking both heat dissipation and structural strength into consideration.

4. Fire-resistant Materials (e.g., V0-grade ABS/PC)

- Characteristics: Comply with fire safety requirements, prevent overheating and fire.

- Applicable scenarios: Commercial or long-term usage projectors.

1. Heat dissipation optimization

- The case should be equipped with heat dissipation holes or provided with a metallic liner (e.g., magnesium-aluminum alloy frame) to prevent heat deformation of plastic.

- In high-temperature areas (e.g., near the light source), heat-resistant materials should be employed or an isolation design adopted.

2. Structural Strength

- The structure includes strengthening ribs to prevent cracking or shattering when dropped or transported.

- Layout of snap fasteners and screw holes must be properly done to ensure a stable assembly.

3. Lightweight and Portability

- Ultra-thin design demands compromise between strength and flexibility. High rigidity materials such as reinforced PC can be selected.

4. Aesthetics and Craftsmanship

- Surface Treatment: Spray coating (matte finish, metallic texture), IMR (In-Mold Transfer) texture, UV coating for scratch protection.

- Screwless Design: Magnetic panels or snap fasteners are hidden to enhance the appearance.
